  • Are classroom courses required to be assigned in my STA in order to register?


    ESH classroom courses are required to be assigned in the STA before you can register to take them. Non-ESH courses will be routed to your supervisor for permission to take them when you register.

    Web based courses are not required to be assigned in the STA in order to take them via the Web Training Portal.

  • How do I cancel a class registration?


    To cancel a session that you previously enrolled in, simply open the Training Registration Tool, click My Info, then click Cancel next to the course you'd like to cancel.

  • How do I know when my courses are coming due?


    You can see your training due dates in your STA or view the Training Due Dates report report to generate a complete list of upcoming training you are required to take.

  • How do I register for a SLAC Training class?


    To register for a live SLAC Training class session, please use the SLAC Training Registration System.

  • What happens if I cannot register for a class session because it is full?


    If a session is alreay full in the Training Registration Tool, or no sessions are scheduled in the future, you will be given the option of signing up for the course waitlist. You will be notified by email the next time a session is scheduled.

  • When will class "X" be offered again?


    You can see when upcoming course sessions are scheduled by viewing a course's catalog page, or searching for the course in the Training Registration Tool.

    If a course session is not offered, add your name to the course waitlist. Sessions will be scheduled to fit the need.
