  • What do I do if I did not receive credit for a course I completed?


    If you feel that you did not receive credit for a course, please submit a Training Support Form accessed from the menu above on this site.

  • Why isn't my medical exam showing up in my training record?


    To view your medical history, please use the Training History Report. Be sure to select the "Medical Entries Only" radio button in the Status box.

    The Occupational Health Center is responsible for all medical exam data. If you do not see your medical data posted in your training history within 48 hours of completing your medical exam, please contact the Occupational Health Center directly at Ext. 2281.
