You can see when upcoming course sessions are scheduled by viewing a course's catalog page or searching for the course in the Training Registration Tool.

If a course session is not offered, add your name to the course waitlist. Sessions will be scheduled to fit the need.

If you are having any issue with a WBT, use the Support menu above and submit a Web Training Issue. We will respond to your issue quickly.

A supervisor is responsible for completing the STAs of their direct reports. Though the supervisor has responsibility to ensure STA completion for their employees, each department may appoint a different individual (such as a department admin) for the actual STA data entry. Your supervisor should know who is doing that data entry for your group.

If you are not able to see a particular web based course in the SkillPort list of courses, you may be entered in the wrong worker category. Use the Support menu above and submit a Web Training Issue support request. We will look into your issue and respond as soon as possible.

To view your medical history, please use the Training History Report. Be sure to select the "Medical Entries Only" radio button in the Status box. The Occupational Health Center is responsible for all medical exam data. If you do not see your medical data posted in your training history within 48 hours of completing your medical exam, please contact the Occupational Health Center directly at Ext. 2281.
